This is a college affiliated to Punjab University and should be recognized. It is better, you first assess your degree with respect to the university's admission policy, the university where you want to apply to in Canada. Please contact your desired universities. Secondly, you have a three-year degree course which again must be checked with the universities for acceptance, universities in Canada mostly prefer a four-year degree course. If you meet admission requirements like a good academic record, around 75%, IELTS score and relevant background then why not. However, you will face problems with your 3-year degree, you have to talk to the university directly and check if they are stubborn they won't accept or else they will ask for an evaluation. At most, you can complete the first year of a Master's degree programme in India and then apply for Masters in Canada, this is also acceptable.

If you have completed your 12th and with good academic percentile, 70% or above you should apply directly to a BBA programme to a good university. Even with less than 70% you can apply to some reputed SPP colleges. Why complicate things with credit transfers and applying for another Diploma? Yes, majority of the colleges and universities in Canada offers co-op particularly SPP colleges. You should contact some colleges directly, check their websites, email them about co-op opportunities, career assistance, stay back options, etc. This will also show you are serious to study there.

Around 80% is the minimum requirement. The higher the scores the better, above 80% will keep you in a safe spot for admissions and scholarships.
