University of Winnipeg Eligibility

The President’s Scholarship for World Leaders of the University of Winnipeg is an award given to international students entering any of the university’s programs for the first time. The minimum eligibility for this scholarship is:Candidates must be international studentsApplicant must be entering the first year of any program/schoolApplicant must have a minimum of 80% admission average or equivalentCandidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership qualitiesCandidate must be admitted to the University of Winnipeg by the scholarship deadline

Students seeking admission to the University of Winnipeg can apply through the university online application and upload the required documents. Using this application portal students can apply for undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of Winnipeg. International students are required to submit the following documents:
Academic transcripts of University or College (last attended)
Scans of passport
Copy of study permits
IELTS/TOEFL/DET/PTE.
