The Seat allotment in the UPO BEd JEE exam after counselling process is based on candidate's rank, colleges preferences, and seats availability. Candidates with higher ranks are given preference in seat allocation. Once a seat is allotted, candidates must confirm their acceptance by paying the admission fee. Failure to do so within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.

The seat allotment during the Uttar Pradesh Bachelor of Education Joint Entrance Examination (UP BEd JEE) counselling is usually based on factors like the candidate's rank in the entrance exam, preferences filled by the candidate during counselling, availability of seats in various government colleges affiliated with the UP BEd JEE exam as well as the reservation criteria if it is being followed. Candidates with higher ranks have better chances of securing seats in their preferred colleges.
