Hello Kamlesh As far as I know, you may apply for the admission. However, your class 12th & class 10th mark sheet would be needed. As per the eligibility norms, a student must have completed his/her class 12th with minimum of 45% - 50%.
However, you scored above 50% in class 12th, so you will be allowed to get admission here. I would recommend you to please visit the college as soon as you can, because I think the seats are about to fill. Carry all your essential documents with you and mainly the age proof.

You will need to score more than 99% to have a chance to get call from IIM. Your academic profile is not very strong so you will have to score much higher.
