The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
No, you can't do B.Ed.

Hi Adarsh,
For admission in IITS and for giving JEE advance exam your minimum marks in boards exam should be 70- 75% if you don't fulfill the criteria, then you are not eligible for the same.

As you completed your 12th Science with PCM and you love physics, you can apply for B.Sc. In Physics. You can also apply for BCA Bachelor's in Computer Application), BCS (Bachelor's in computer Science) or Engineering, etc.

You can directly apply for BE after class 12th science, you just need to give engineering entrance exam like JEE CET and can take admission for BE.
If you are planning for Diploma, then you will get admissions for diploma for 2nd year on your class 12th basic.
