See, instead of the fee waiver, I'll prefer you to go through the normal category and then apply for the scholarship as in this way you can get more scholarship and then the fee waiver seat.

No, you don't have to pay the fees until you get a seat. After getting the seat, you have to pay the registration fees to lock the current seat or for the floating purpose.

In spot round of counselling, you will only get the college of your choice that you have filled at the time of registration and from that, if your eligible in that choices, then you will be granted one of the college.
