UPCAT Counselling

First of all, to be registered on the UPSEE portal for counselling, scan a copy of the document uploaded and pay counselling fees through Net Banking /Debit Card. Then go to the counselling center for document verification. After that, you will find one time password and then open choice filling and then lock your choice. After choice lock, will be announced seat allotment result. Then go to allotted college with all documents along with allotment letter. Take a form of freeze/float. Fill form either freeze the seat or float. If you choose freeze option, then take admission in said college. If you take the float option, that seat remains with you till a new college will be allotted in the next round counselling.

Candidates must get the scanned copies of the following documents uploaded online during registration for counselling. Each document should be in 200 KB size only. OBC candidates must get their caste certificates made. UPSEE Admit Card 2018:

Class XII certificate and marksheet.
Rural weightage certificate if applicable.
Domicile certificate:
Domicile certificate of his/her parents (Father or Mother) if the candidate has passed qualifying examination from outside of UP.
Character certificate of Medical Fitness/Undertaking of Medical Fitness.
Domicile certificate, if applicable. Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST, if applicable.
Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/Physically handicapped as applicable.
Income certificate for economically weak candidates.
GDDA category certificate, if applicable.

After document verification, candidates will be given a One-time-password (OTP) to login for choice filling.
