No, you can't as Harcout Butler Technical Institute is now HBTU and hence, it starts taking admission for B.Tech courses through JEE Mains score only and not through the UPSEE.

If you opt for a government college, then you can make it out under 1 Lacs for a year including all the charges but if you opt for the private colleges, then it will cost you around 3.5 Lacs per year including hostel.

See, at the rank mentioned by you, you can easily get a good reputed government college but not in the desired branch you want. So, you can opt for the special round of the counselling to get admission the best you can get at this rank.

I'll prefer you to opt for the AKG, ABES or Galgotias as these are the best colleges of their region plus at this score, you will only have these options as the best options.

See, in the UPSEE round 1 counselling, you have to fill the choices and after the result of round, if you want to take admission in the given seat. Only then, you have to confirm the seat otherwise float for the second round. Only 1 seat is allotted in each round.

Yes, there is age foundation to appear for the UPTU entrance exam and the age is 20 years atmost. Only if you are under 20 years, you will be allowed to give exam. Otherwise, the application will be rejected by the system itself.

If anyone took admission in the previous round then he/she won't be able to attend the last round or the 5th round of the counselling and hence there will be no refund applicable.

No, you can't as HBTI is now HBTU and they are only accepting admissions on the basis of JEE Mains score, but yes you can get into IET but getting CSE would be not possible.

See, the best colleges with this rank and score are PSIT-Kanpur and ABES-Ghaziabad and KIET-Ghaziabad. These are the best colleges that you can get for the CSE.
