No, you won't be able to get biochemical/biotechnology in Harcourt Butler Technological Institute as HBTI is now HBTU and it only accepts admission on the basis of JEE Mains score.

Getting into the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with this rank might be difficult for you but you can try your best. Maybe in the last round of counselling, you will get this branch.

Hello Ayush Sharma,
I must say at the outset that you have scored reasonably well in UPSEE the entrance examination for engineering that is conducted by the state of Uttar Pradesh through its nominated agency. With these marks, I am sure you will get admission in one of the reputed colleges in the state.
However, to help you I am attaching a link that will predict the college for you based on your marks or the ranking in UPSEE.

At the score of 240 you can expect a rank of around 30k. You can get admission in various colleges under UPTU with this rank, even some government colleges.

At this score, you should try for the government colleges as your score is quit good in that regard but yes if you want colleges in Noida and Ghaziabad only then I'll prefer you to opt for IILM or Galgotias.
