Dear there is not any college of biotechnology except IET Lucknow in aktu please prefer JEE Mains colleges.

You have to clear all subjects to get admission in any college.

You can also take direct admission in top colleges like IMS Ghaziabad or UCER-Allahabad without any donation. If you have any other queries please feel free to ask.

Yes, you can pursue B.Tech with a minimum of 55% in your PUC, but remember that you needed really good score in the entrance exam in order to get into a top college.

UPSEE is an examination that is conducted for admission to different courses in the state of UP, depending on your eligibility you have to appear for a certain paper. I am attaching a link that should give you all the required information about this examination. You'd better collect good material, by referring to various books. Then, you can get an excellent rank. Depending on one book may not be sufficient.
