Hello Nishant,
The entrance test for National Defence Academy is conducted by UPSC twice in a year. Eligibility in short is the prospective candidates to be Indian national and between 16 and half years to 19 and half years of age. Yes, you can apply for UPSEE. Here, you haven't the mention the course or stream you want to pursue. You can apply for the UPSEE. The admission to the prior institute depends on the Score, Rank and counseling, based on your scores, you can use college predictor.

You are eligible for admission in UPSEE 2019 with your 12 marks. In that case If there is possibilities that percentage is increasing you may fill appearing. Otherwise when the result announced you can choose the best score.
