Sorry but you cannot get admission in IET, Lucknow. But try in BIET-Jhansi, KNIT-Sultanpur or IERT-Allahabad.

So that you think twice before taking any back step. In previous year, it is observed that there are a lot of students withdrawing after getting a college. And, it is not good for any board. That is why they did this, I think.

No, as your rank is not so good. You should try few waiver seats of good private colleges or you can go for other government institutions like Purvanchal, Rajkiya colleges, etc.

I am a fee waiver student in AKGEC. In my first year, I paid 20k + 22k as fee and caution money. From second year onwards, I am paying approximately 25k per year. I hope, it is helpful to you.
