Sir Jis hisab Se aapke maths Mein marks Aaye Chain Us hisab se aapka eligible hona Mushkil Hai Lekin Phir Bhi US college mein admission ke liye cut off par depend karega.

Yes, you may get IERT Allahabad with this rank. But you can try to get better colleges than IERT. Like BIET, Jhansi.

If you are getting any top-reputed college through UPSEE, then go for it as you already have a good rank.
Don't waste one year for CAT and MAT. That would be a risk if you do not score well.

You can try for the counseling. Also, you can visit the campus and produce your marks over there then there is a change. Because your rank is not too low.
