You will definitely get IET-Lucknow. HBTI and MMM is no longer a part of UPTU.

HBTI is no longer a part of UPTU. You can try in IET-Lucknow, KNIT-Sultanpur or BIET-Jhansi.

Your rank should be under 12k to get admission in AKG or JSS for good branches CS or IT.

Semester papers are not difficult. But, yes sometimes checking of papers is done in very bad manner.
