Yes, your rank is quite good and according to your rank you are eligible in getting best private colleges of AKTU like JSS, AKG, ABES EC, IMS. But, one thing I suggests, you that please fill good choices at the time of counselling, so that you may get best colleges of AKTU. Few best colleges are-

4) ABES Engineering College
5) IMS.

For SC, caste certificates made after 1st April 2017 are permitted. Maybe, you should make new certificate as soon as possible.

On the basis of your SC rank, you can get MIET, but at the time of counseling, you should have proper category certificate, otherwise you'll be considered as a general candidate.
