Getting admission with these scores are really very difficult for you. Maybe, some colleges can give you admission through donation, management quota. Call in some colleges and ask them, if they can give admission through management quota.

Yes, you can get Government College. There are various phases of counseling, maybe in first counseling you may not get, but in later counseling, you can get. Keep trying with the various phases of counseling.

Yes, you can get a good college with that, like AKG, KIET, and ABES. Just relax, and as you know that counseling date is arriving, so choose your desired college.

No, your score in class 12th is too low. You cannot get admission through UPTU exam. You may get a seat through management quota.

Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both.
