There is difference between government college fee and private college fee. Government college fee will be around 50k annually, and private will be INR 1 lacs annually.

No, you can't select Biology as an optional subject instead chemistry, as Physics, Chemistry and Maths are the important subject of engineering. Engineering is nothing without PCM.
