As per the reputation of the college IET is best. KNIT shifted to Sonbhadra and this is totally new campus. So it would be better to join IET.

May be there are little chances for KNIT Sultanpur. But you can easily get top private college like JSS Noida or AKGEC Ghaziabad.

Not possible. You will be allocated the branch based on the course you pursue in the polytechnic college. So you need to study in the same branch which you studied in during your polytechnic life.
