Form BBD and Ramswaroop, go for BBD. Otherwise both are hell. Dont ruin your career search for more option if you have. If you go for BBD you will get some chances to learn new things . which will help you in MBA.

JSS is quite difficult, but you can easily get AKG or KIET.

Sorry, you can't get Government College. Even there are very less chances of getting top private colleges.

According to last year, cutoff and rank scheme, you got approximately 5 k -6 k rank.

You have some chance for getting government colleges. Go for counselling.

IET Lucknow, Knit Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi are top 3 government college of UPTU. And, the top three private colleges are JSS KIET AKG.

From last year, HBTU is no longer a part of UPTU.
You can take admission through your JEE mains rank.

You can get good private engineering colleges in India like JECRC, Chandigarh University, Amity University, SKIT, Sinhgad College Pune and many more. According to your rank in VITEEE, you should fill the form for counselling. You can get any seat. There are a few chances for that.
