These are the government institutes and in private, it is always fluctuating sometime ABES is on the top and sometimes JSS and AKG bag the top ranking.

Yes, of course, JEE ranks are just for percentage scholarships within 1 Lacs. Above that it all comes down to 12th percentage. I. e. 65% overall with atleast 60% in PCM.

You try for reputed private campuses in Noida sector or in Karnataka. There you can join without JEE score.

HBTI is no longer part of UPTU. You can't take admission in HBTU on the basis of UPTU. You can take admission on the basis of JEE Main marks.
