Dear Utkarsh,
I think you should drop this year and try next time because your rank is poor and you can't get admission in good colleges, but you can go for direct admission or through management quota or either go for SIET-Allahabad or United-Allahabad.

You can try for private colleges like JSS, Noida, KIET and AK Garg. Getting a government college will be difficult.

Yes you get GFTIs college by josaa counseling as your rank is 40k and you get good college in UPSEE as your rank is good in UPSEE exam.
Now it's depends upon you that in which college you want to join.
