You can apply in all Engineering Entrance Examinations in 2018 if you meet the eligibility criteria of individual engineering entrance examinations. As you have not shared your educational data, no specific advice can be shared with you.

Hello Vishal,
You have to fulfill the eligibility of date of birth fixed by UPSEE every year so if your date of birth came under last date of birth then you can sit in the exam.
But, as per as central government, from next year there is no UPSEE no WBJEE, so wait for the government decision as this is not final decision as many states board objected this decision.

You can not assume about that because it will depend on you. There is no connection between engineering and UPSEE.

Every B-School has their own cut off date for submission of graduation degree mark sheets and provisional certificate. You can take admission in MBA if you are in a position to submit graduation marksheet and provisional certificate before cut-off date. You may check details on UPTU website .
