UPSEE 2019 Admit Card, Rank card. Class XII Mark sheet and Passing Certificate (if you are from up board then you need to submit only XII mark sheet no need of passing certificate). Character Certificate. Domicile Certificate. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (if applicable). Sub-category Certificate (Freedom Fighters/ Armed Forces/ Physically Handicapped Category).
Medical Fitness Certificate. Rural Weightage Certificate. Income certificate (which are not economically good).

You have a great chance of getting KNIT Sultanpur, but you should also try for IET-Lucknow.

HBTU longer a part of UPTU since 2017, it is now became a deemed university. They will not accept your admission on the basis of UPSEE rank. They are accepting scores in JEE Mains for admissions.
