Yes, you can apply for UPCATET after completing your 12th from the NIOS Board. The eligibility criterion to apply for the UPCATET exam involves completing 12th from a recognised board, even if NIOS is for open education, the board is a recognised entity. This enterance exam is conducted once per year to provide UG and PG admissions in Agriculture Disciplines.
