UPES is one of the reputed universities in Dehradun. It is a good option, If you are studying at Dehradun Campus. Aimfil is an academy for aviation courses.
I, personally Recommend doing a BBA Aviation course at any of the good Colleges under Bangalore University.

The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.

JNU as an Institution is the most Democratic place in India. It allows you to write your answers in either languages (I. e Hindi and English). Some people might object that if it is that much democratic, why don't it allows to write Answers in all 22 languages mentioned in Schedule 8 of Indian constitution. If we go through the placement statistics of both the colleges than UPES is leading here. The placement statistics of both of colleges are given below. A) UPES :
1. Overall Students placed in 2018-19= 2200
2. Placements in 2018-19= 94%
3. Recruiters on Campus in 2018-19= 585
4. The highest package= 23 LPA
5. Average package= 4.35 LPA
6. NIRF Ranking=145
b) KIAMS :
1. Overall Students placed in 2018-19= 1600+
2. Placements in 2017-19= 97%
3. Recruiters on Campus in 2017-19= 200+
4. The highest package= 15.64 LPA
5. Average package= 5.95 LPA
6. NIRF Ranking=Not Known
So, from above statistics my choice is UPES.
