In Amity, you will be enjoying the campus life because they call very huge actors and actresses in their college but when we talk about Petroleum University. They do not organise such a great event because they only focus on studies.
So, the conclusion is for campus life- Amity and for studies-Petroleum University.

According to me, the best university for petroleum and energy studies is UPES. There you will get a lot of opportunities in your 4 year programme. It has a very good infrastructure as compared to SPM and Jaipuria, Noida. It has very high tech lab and also they have a high tech library when compared to SPM, and Jaipuria, Noida.

Yes, it is better than most of the other institutes as far as BBA/MBA in aviation management is concerned.

No, second thought if you have to chose between UPES or NCAAS- for BBA or MBA UPES is better choice.

Both are very average, you should go for Symbiosis, SMU-DE, Welingkar, NMIMS, Amity University-Noida for online cum distance MBA. PGDM and MBA are equivalent, but PGDM has better industry specific curriculum. Hope this helps.

B.Tech from UPES is far better than Graphic Era if you consider a core subject like mechanical/petroleum engineering. For computer science engineering you should consider Graphic Era.

Mode 1 70% seats on the basis of JEE (Main)-2019/NEET-2019 rankings
Mode 2 - 30% seats on the basis of 10+2 PCM/PCB scores

At 84 percentile, I feel your chances are slim for getting admission in UPES Dehradun, however, you may apply for their own entrance examination UPES-EAT and score well to get good branches there.
