You need to appear for GATE examination for this branch which is the major eligibility for pursuing a M.Tech. degree.

There are around 10 MBA Programs offered at UPES.
You can choose any specialization among these domains according to your interest. Talking about the opportunities, UPES conducts various seminars, guest lectures and workshops based on the domain that gives an industry experience to the students. Apart from these, every domain goes for industrial tour in order to gain more knowledge.
Student Exchange Programs also takes place for deserving and outstanding students in academics. UPES also provides scholarships to students meeting the eligibility. Various companies to the campus for different domains .

Hi,
For taking admissions in UPES B.Tech programmes, you have to appear for its entrance exam.
The cutoff is dynamic each year. It is usually declared after the JEE cutoff.
Register yourself for the entrance and after the entrance results, you may know your eligibility.

It's better if you look colleges like FORE, KJ Somaiya, IFMR and Great Lakes.
Score good marks in CAT or XAT and look for above-mentioned colleges.

UPES is the best among the three.
At UPES, you have the option of having a specialized domain along with the engineering program.
In UPES, there are 5 options under Mechanical Engineering:
a) B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
b) B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Machine Design
c) B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Material Science & Nano Technology
d) B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Production Engineering
e) B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Thermal Engineering
So, go ahead with UPES.
