No, the UPESMET will not have subjective-type questions. UPESMET is a computer based test inclusive of 140 multiple choice questions (MCQs) that candidates must answer in two hours. Each question will have four options, candidates will be required select the correct answer.UPESMET exam covers three sectionsGeneral EnglishQuantitative AptitudeGeneral AwarenessAnalytical and Logical ReasoningThe UPESMET exam is designed to assess a candidate's knowledge and skills in related fields.  The UPESMET exam is conducted online. Candidates receive one mark for each correct answer with no negative marking.

No, UPESMET exam does not have sectional time limit to appear for the exam. However, students will be required to complete the exam in pre informed exam duration i.e, two hours/ 120 minutes and no extra time will be granted to the students under any circumstances. UPESMET is a computer-based online exam the test screen will move from first section to the next section only when the candidate clicks the next button. Candidates have to be mindful of the on-screen timer and pre-decide the number of questions to solve in each section as there will be negative markings. UPES Management Entrance Test (UPESMET) is conducted for admission to MBA programme of UPES School of Business. UPESMET question paper will consist of questions four sections viz., English,  Quantitative Aptitude,  General Awareness and Analytical Reasoning. The General English part will have questions from Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning and Verbal Ability. In the Quantitative Aptitude section, questions will be asked from Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency. The General Awareness section will have questions from General Knowledge, Current Affairs and Business Scenario.
