The qualification required to become a PCS officer is a Graduate degree from any recognised university or institution. The Commission releases the notification every year and mentions that the educational qualification required to become a PCS officer is a graduate. There is no minimum percentage mentioned for the candidates. It implies that the candidates having any percentage in the Graduation degree can apply for the UPPCS exam. All the candidates who are Graduate and confirm to the age criteria can apply for the UPPSC PCS exam.
