No, candidates cannot request to change their examination centre after the release of the UPPSC admit card. The examination centre allotted to candidates is final and cannot be changed. Such requests will not be entertained by the Commission. The Commission has the discretionary power to allot the UPPSC exam centre to the candidate. It is mentioned in the official notification that the request to change the examination centre will not be entertained.The UPPSC prelims exam is conducted in 19 districts in the state and the UPPSC PCS main exam is conducted in three cities namely Prayagraj, Lucknow and Ghaziabad.

 Yes, it is mandatory to carry UPPSC admit card to the examination centre. Without the UPPSC admit card, candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. The admit card is the authorisation letter which authorises the candidate to appear in the UPPSC exam. The candidates will be allowed entry into the examination centre only if they have a valid UPPSC admit card.Along with the UPPSC admit card, the candidates are required to carry one photo identity proof to establish their identity when asked for at the examination centre.

No, UPPSC admit card is not available offline. It can only be downloaded from the official website of UPPSC - uppsc.up.nic.in. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) release the link to download the UPPSC PCS admit card. There is no provision for getting the UPPSC admit card in offline mode. The Commission will not send the physical copy of admit card to any of the candidates. You should check the registration details as obtained after the submission of the UPPSC application. The candidates should enter the date of birth as entered in the application form and carefully enter the captcha. The candidates should cross-check and verify the details from the UPPSC PCS application form. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission released the UPPCS 2023 admit card online on May 2. The candidates can download their UPPCS prelims admit card 2023 from the direct link given here. The UPPSC admit card will be available till the exam day. The UPPSC PCS 2023 prelims exam will be conducted on May 14 at the designated exam centres across the state.
