The UPPCS prelims cutoff 2021 for the unreserved category was 115.The Commission mention the UPPCS cutoff for each of the category separately. The Commission mention the Prelims Cutoff for all the post groups and for all the categories in the UPPSC cutoff list.

Yes, UPPSC PCS prelims 2021 cutoff was released by the Commission on December 20, 2022. The Commission released the UPPCS prelims cutoff 2021 for all the post groups and categories. The candidates are required to score equal to or more than the cutoff to clear the exam.The Commission releases the UPPCS cutoff separately for the Prelims and Main exam. The Commission mention the UPPCS cutoff for each post group and category separately. The candidates should note that there is a separate cutoff for the Female Category.
