The UPPSC Exam Calendar 2024 was released on January 12, 2024, on the official website. However, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) prepared the calendar on December 31, 2023, because the official pdf contains such a date. Candidates can access the UPPSC Exam Calendar 2024 PDF from the official UPPSC website.As per the official UPPSC exam calendar, the UPPSC 2024 prelims exam is expected to be conducted on March 17, 2024. In accordance with it, the Commission is expected to release the UPPSC 2024 admit card on March 7, 2024.

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has not releaseds the UPPSC 2024 prelims exam time table. The Commission is expected to conduct the Preliminary Examination 2024 on March 17, 2024 but neither the UPPSC 2024 admit card nor the exam schedule has been released on the official website. There is a news coming from social media that the exam has been postponed to June.The Commission released the official UPPSC 2024 notification on January 2 and the last date to apply for the exam was February 4, 2024.

No, UPPSC PCS syllabus is very much static and before changing the syllabus, the UPPSC needs to take approval from the Department of Personnel which works under the Chief Minister of the state. The candidates need to prepare the syllabus as given in the official notification.The Commission changed the UPPSC PCS syllabus last year after almost 10 years.

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission will conduct the UPPSC PCS Prelims exam 2024 on December 22, 2024. The Prelims exam was postponed multiple times earlier. The UPPSC PCS prelims 2024 result is expected to be released in January/February 2025.Following its calendar, the Commission released the UPPSC PCS 2024 notification on January 1, 2024. As per the official exam calendar, the Commission was expected to conduct the UPPSC Prelims 2024 exam on March 17, 2024 but it was postponed.

No, there is a vast difference in the prelims and Mains syllabus of the UPPSC PCS exam. Firstly, the structure of the prelims and main exam is vastly different. The UPPSC PCS prelims exam is an objective type exam and the main exam is a descriptive exam. The traditional core subjects such as HistoryGeographyEconomyIndian PolityEnvironment StudiesCurrent Affairshave common topics in prelims and main exam.But the main exam has two state-specific papers, an ethics paper and, a Hindi paper which makes it a different ball game altogether.
