Every M.Sc course is of 2 years. There is no M.Sc course of 1 year.

This is the open university established by an act of legislature for benefit of students who are not in a position to attend regular college. It seems that the university indeed is offering single subject bachlors degree. But then many universities across India also offer single subject BA. Do don't worry.
