Yes, students after completing their study from YCMOU can apply for UPSC CSE exam. YCMOU degree is valid and approved by UGC. The college or university does not matter when applying for UPSC CSE as long as they fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for CSE. Students need to complete a minimum of bachelor's degree to apply for UPSC CSE. The university offers BA, BSc, BCom, etc. at the UG level.

The nationality requirements for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) are as follows:Indian Citizen: The candidate must be a citizen of India. Minimum Educational Eligibility: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent (online/distance degree) from a recognised higher education institution. The students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to take the entrance examination.

Yes, a BVoc MLT from TISS is eligible for the UPSC CSE examination. The UPSC CSE examination does not have any specific educational requirements, so any graduate with a bachelor's degree is eligible to apply.
