Yes, you are eligible, if he has done BCA from a recognized college/University by AIU. Further, BCA is an undergraduate degree, hence you are eligible if meeting the other criteria.

Hi Sandeep, UPSC exam only requires a degree certificate with passing marks irrespective of what marks have you got which distinction degree is it or anything, nothing matters at all. And as far as you hold the degree of BCA you can go ahead with applying for the exam, no issues. All the best!

Yes,
Any degree (graduation). It may be regular or distant.
The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.
