Hi,
I am sorry to hear that, but let me tell you one thing, it's okay. You are still eligible for UPSC if you meet their knowledge requirement. Marks and scars are natural. Your outlook isn't considered this way, but you surely have to maintain a formal dress code if you want to work in the UPSC section.
