Well, you have a graduation degree in B.Com you are eligible for appearing in IAS exam, what you need to do is, focus on NCERT's syllabus of history, geography, economics and some other subjects like political Science. It will help you in exams. Also, do focus on current affairs and IAS interview questions and answers.

Hi,
Pune is better than Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam for UPSC coaching, because the two cities weren't good in providing the peak level teaching to UPSC.

Yes, you have to give your prelims again because once you are out of the first attempt, next time you have to follow all the procedures from the beginning once again.

You should focus on mostly all the subjects but those which are mostly used for asking questions are history, geography, economics and political science. Focus on current affairs and look for the interview questions and answers online.

Preparation for UPSC always needs extra preparation than the curriculum as the syllabus includes many fields, so complete your graduation with good scores and B.Sc is a better course to pursue.

If you crack the UPSC, you have a chance of being a part of the civil services of the country. These are 'A' grade services and officer are held in high esteem as they serve the nation and their actions are one of national importance. Even if you have done your BCA and have a good aptitude and a will to work hard, you should do well in the UPSC exams.

Of course, UPSC requires more attention but you can prepare for UPSC while doing BCA. For this, you have to make your time table and manage your college and UPSC preparation at the same time and also strictly follow that time table, and you can do well. As nothing is impossible so you can do this.
All the best.
