If you want to go for UPSC examination, then firstly check the requirements and schedule, find the mentor who can guide you well throughout the whole journey. Consult anyone who was already a UPSC aspirant, only he/she can guide you well. Refer syllabus. Collect books, sample papers and start preparing. All the best.

It is as difficult to crack IAS with Hindi medium, as it is with English medium. Year after year students with Hindi and other regional languages have been doing well at UPSC CSE. The recent example is IAS topper Shailendra Singh Indoliya. He is a person, who has defied the myth associated with Hindi Medium. He successfully cleared UPSC Civil Services Exam four times and each time, he got a better rank. Last year, he got selected for Indian Revenue Services exam, because he got AIR of 337.

Both are at the same level, if you want to clear UPSC. Because, for both the courses, you have to give time. As such, I think economics hons. is almost the most reputed course. But, your choice mixer depend on you. Course wisely. All the best.

Hello,
JEE is Joint Entrance Exam is an entrance exam for engineering after class 12th science while UPSC is Union Public Service Commission. It is an exam conducted by the Government of India for different governmental posts like IAS, IPS, IRS, & many more. One can't compare the level of JEE and UPSC.
UPSC is one of high level exams after graduation.
