Any graduation course is eligible to appear for UPSC exam. You can choose any graduation course according to your interest like B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BCA, etc.

You are eligible to appear for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC based on your educational qualifications.

You are eligible for the below mentioned examinations conducted by UPSC:

As you already know that to attempt UPCS exam you need to be a graduate. It doesn't matter in which field, whatsoever. So, I will suggest you to have a graduation degree as per your convenience in whatever field you like. As you are mainly focusing on UPSC, I will suggest you to opt for a small duration graduation course like of 3 years.

You are eligible to appear for UPSC examination in 2018 subject to condition that you will complete your B.Tech degree before starting your job.

You are eligible to apply for civil services examination after BSW degree provided you have obtained a degree from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a university, under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. You must also meet age and other criteria defined by UPSC.

No, you don't need to complete PG in order to appear for UPSC exam.
