A backdated degree is not legally valid if it is not issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of recognised educational institutions or governing bodies. In India, degrees must be awarded by universities approved by the UGC (University Grants Commission) or other recognised authorities.A current degree from an accredited university is a requirement if you plan to take tests like the UPSC. If you submit an invalid or backdated degree, you may be disqualified from the test and face legal repercussions. Always make sure your credentials are authentic and substantiated. For pursuing valid degrees, including programs like B.Ed, M.

Yes, you can appear for the UPSC exam after doing a B.Com LL.B 5-year course. UPSC Civil Services Examination allows the candidates who hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. That's what your integrated B.Com LL.B degree provides for you. It would help much if you had some background of law because that would definitely make you shine if you chose law, public administration, or political Science as your optional subject in the Mains exam. Ensure you fulfill all the eligibility criteria, such as age limits and nationality.

The admit card is an official permission document, issued by the Union Public Service Commission for admission to different UPSC examinations, like CSE (Civil Services Examination), CDS, or NDA for examination appearance. The admit card grants permission to enter the premises of the exam center, showing the important details: a candidate's name, roll number, examination date and time, as well as the center address. It is a mandatory document that a candidate must carry along with an ID proof to the exam hall. The admit card is available for download from the official UPSC website after its release.

Candidates must carry an UPSC admit card and also carry a valid photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driver's License, or PAN Card. A recent passport-sized photograph is also required, as and when specified by the UPSC. Candidates should prepare to present all relevant papers that the candidates may need to avail themselves during the examination, along with documents relating to application confirmation page if required. Attention should be paid to strict adherence to instructions on admit cards, to avoid getting into a jam on test day.
