I would suggest you to do M.A Phychology from any reputed college like TISS / Jamia / DU / or other reputed university.After that you will get any job opportunities in private and goverment sector. Secure a job and then can prepare for UPSC / PCS along with job.

It depends a lot on your interest.Try to choose a subject which you have studied earlier at UG / PG, which overlap with prelims and GS/ language. Subjects like History, Geography, Political Science, Economics are good to have .Between Psychology and Philosophy I is tough .You can choose the one which interests you as overlapping part from both in pre and GS is very limited.
