The UPSC CSE Prelims is scheduled to be held on 31/05/2020. There is no information regarding the deferment of the exam is available on website. Hence exam will be held on its scheduled date and time if all things remains the fine.

Art as a field of study is the best choice if you want to pursue UPSC but you can try other fields as well because UPSC requires vast knowledge of all the subjects.
