First of all clear your basics. Start from ncert books from 6th to 12th as they are good for basic knowledge of the student on the given topic of UPSC. Then go for coaching. Give more time to self study as it is more important than coaching.

For UPSC CSE exam, you need to complete graduation. Graduation with any stream is must to apply for the exam. Diploma is not considered for it.

According to CDS eligibility criteria 2020, candidates applying for the exam must be 20 to 24 years. Candidates who have passed graduation or appearing for their final year are eligible to apply for CDS exam provided they submit a relevant certificate of passing the examination at the time of commencement of course.

For UPSC exams, you should be a graduate. Same applies for TNPSC Group 2 2 2 1 and 2 exams.

UPSC exam is for civil services. PG Diploma in Interior Designing is a 2-year post graduation level certification/Diploma programme in the domain of interior designing and its related areas. The minimum eligibility for which is Bachelors degree in the related domain with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks from a recognised university.
