The UPTET exam is conducted in two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for candidates who wish to teach classes I to V, while Paper 2 is for candidates who wish to teach classes VI to VIII. Candidates who wish to teach classes I to VIII have to appear for both Paper 1
