With respect to the eligibility of the urban management course, I don't find any challenge for you to pursue that. Looking at your graduation and the Master's degree, I believe you are not certain on the career path. I would recommend that you brainstorm, discuss with your family or seek a professional counseling on the career path and decide on the future courses.

No, unfortunately you're not eligible for interior design course. According to CEPT University's eligibility criteria, you should have Maths and Physics as mandatory subjects in 10+2.
