In order to get into the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, all Indian students require at least 55% scores or minimum GPA of 8.0 on a 10 point scale. Along with GPA, candidates must fulfill all the UIUC admission requirements such as academic qualifications, proof of English language proficiency, relevants documents and more in order to secure an admission in the university.

If you have applied by the early action deadline of November 1, then you must hear from the university by January 27.  However, depending on the competitiveness of the major you select, you may not receive a final decision by this time. However, if you apply after the early action deadline or do not receive a final decision in January, you will hear it by March 3.
