All applicants are considered for scholarships at the time of application by the universities, these merit based scholarships are then awarded to deserving candidates on the basis of their grades, extracurricular activities and overall profile. You will find international scholarship information on a college/university website hence you need to check the websites. Additionally you can check Fulbright Foreign Student Program.

Most universities in USA have a criteria of minimum 16 years of education, in your case it seems 15 years. You can take up a short term course or Diploma to make it 16 years.

Hi Keshav,
You can enroll into a MS course and complete the first year or enroll into a one year PG Diploma program to meet the 16 year education requirement. In many cases, if the profile is strong they do consider. An evaluation of your degree from an authorized external evaluation agency may also be required. It is best you write to the universities, they will guide you as per your profile.
