Yes, You can do MS in Aerospace Engineering in US as it is an inter-disciplinary programme for both electrical and mechanical students. And, further you should be aware of the concerned university's eligibility criteria as it lists out the eligible bachelor disciplines based the courses it plans to offer in MS. My another suggestion is that, you can take up Avionics as it is a pure electrical discipline than a mechanical one.

Hi Swapna, the eligibility to pursue MS programs depends on the course you are choosing. Most of the courses look for your GRE and TOEFL scores and your under graduation degree to see the relevance of your program choice. 15 years of education is readily accepted in several US universities. - High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred GRE score- 300 plus.

Preferred IELTS score- 7 bands plus with no individual band below 6.5

Hi,
Please remember in order to pursue MBA from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4).
Besides 16 years if education you also need to have:
- Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
- High score in GMAT
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred GMAT score- 550 plus.
Preferred TOEFL score- 90 plus with no band less than 20.
Preferred IELTS score- 7 bands plus with no individual band below 6.5
For admission in MBA program in US you need to have atleast 60%-70% plus marks in graduation.
