This varies from one school to another. In terms of general understanding, an MS tends to require 30 graduate credits along with a thesis or rarely an applied project. Typically, this is aimed by candidates intending to further work on a doctorate or with keen interest in research work.
On the contrary ME /M.Eng tends to be focused in meeting needs of engineering intending to further broaden their knowledge and tends to be often a mixture of engineering and business class. You have to appear for GMAT and TOFEL to seek admission in MBA overseas. Some prominent countries where Indians can pursue MBA are:
1. USA.
2. UK.
3. Ireland.
4. Australia.
5. Singapore.
6. Philippines.
7. Canada
If you intend to study and return, then USA/UK/Singapore is the best. If you intend to settle overseas then countries like Australia/Canada/Ireland could be better.

Hi
SAT is just one part of whole profile so if you are looking for admission in any of the colleges, you need to hv around 1580 and a holistic profile that includes co-curricular activities, community services etc. In addition to SAT subject based SAT for math is also required. Check here.
