Hi Summaiya,
For MBBS in UK, you must-
1. Have excellent grades in class 12th, above 75% for most medical schools
2. Take UKCAT exams. For UKCAT sut-offs check UKCAT website
3. Take IELTS. For MBBS in US you must
1. Take SAT and enroll into a 4 year BS degree in US or complete a Bachelor degree in India, perferably in biology etc.
2. Take Medical College Admission Test or MCAT to seek admission in a medical school
3. Take TOEFL

If you wish to move abroad for Master's degree then complete your BE with good percentile and focus more on the final 2 years as GTU's last two years of BE are considered i.e. maintain your cgpa above 7.5 and CPI above 7 and if you want to do MS in UsA, just take GRE after coaching till the end of 7th semester and apply to colleges in USA with your marks or else if you want to pursue MBA, get good marks in IELTS and score above 7.5 to get good college and scholarship else if you want to leave your BE right now i.e. after 2 years, it will be completely wastage of 2 years as you need to do Bachelor's degree again. Under-graduation education in USA is very expensive. As of date there is no policy change in USA policy on student and working visa. However, recent changes in visa law and outcry in USA politics against outsourcing and H1B restrictions, it is a big risk to put lot of money in your higher study with no opportunity to work in USA. It is expected that USA policy on the subject will get clarified in next 3 months. Therefore, you are advised to continue with your admission process in USA and Indian universities but take final decision once you have all inputs available to take informed decision.
